Press Release Body:

Saginaw, TX. June 09, 2008 -- Continuing to look for leading edge relationships with
unique and emerging technology companies, the International Players Tour (IPT)
announces its newest "Club Partner" - Stulz Golf Technologies. Stulz, designers of
the Nano Arrow Tri Edge shaft, recently introduced the Special Edition Driver, and
IPT members will have an opportunity to "try and buy" the new driver under a special
partner program.

The details of the partnership include product placement for Stulz through the IPT
District Directors at each of the IPT events. IPT players will have an opportunity
to demo the driver on the range, and if interested, simply go to a special landing
page on the Stulz web site to complete a custom fitting process and purchase the
driver. Gary Diehl, Senior Vice President, Stulz Golf, says, "IPT is an excellent
vehicle to help showcase our unique tour proven products and allow the players the
opportunity to test and play a product that will benefit their game. We look forward
to working with the IPT management and players."

Stulz\'s patent pending Nano Arrow Tri-Edge design and Nano construction provide the
strength and control to prevent clubhead twisting on impact and transfer more energy
to the ball. The result is longer straighter shots! The Tri-Edge equilateral
triangle design is visibly unique and delivers high performance. A triangular shape
was utilized because of its strength. The triangular shape near the center of the
shaft transfers the energy over three-edges to minimize torque without sacrificing
feel. Hooks and slices are greatly reduced. The shot dispersion is considerably
narrower, and distance is improved. "This is a superb product that everyone should
try," says Bill Conwell, IPT SVP of Business Development, "and we're proud to be
associated with Stulz in promoting this superb technology."

About the International Players Tour
The International Players Tour, operated by prior management of the Champions Golf
Tour (CGT), was launched in January 2008 for the purpose of bringing PGA style
competition to avid golfers everywhere. Operations began in April 2002 under the
banner of the Champions Golf Tour, which was founded by Ron Beaman in the Dallas/Ft.
Worth area. Ron developed a business model that would provide avid recreational
golfers a chance to play in an environment similar to major tour events - "inside
the ropes" for significant prize money - utilizing a proprietary handicap system.

After conducting its first event in June, 2002, CGT followed with 17 tournaments in
2002 and awarded nearly $60,000 in prize money. Significant and sustained growth has
occurred in subsequent years in player participation, number of events, and prize
money. With over 1200 players in their system, IPT management conducted over 150
events in 2007 within ten state and twelve metropolitan city areas with payouts
exceeding $570,000. In 2008, the IPT will conduct 200+ events in fifteen different
metro areas, culminating in the Tour Championship at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott
Resort in Texas, with the winner taking home $20,000 in GUARANTEED first place prize
money!

"The Model that Works" is now being adopted effectively and implemented successfully
in multiple cities, with projected expansion into 5-10 new markets each year -
including international locations - through a unique licensing rights program. See
